At SPH Hub, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is faulty or wrong item sent)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used items
  • Sale/discounted items (if you choose to make it final sale)
