Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please email us at uk.sphhub@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Cancellation Window

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Cancellations can only be accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may have already been sent to our supplier for fulfilment and we may be unable to cancel it.

If Your Order Cannot Be Cancelled

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you are welcome to return the item once received. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to arrange a return.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
